March 29 An Historic Event

The church changed the way they do the General Relief Society and Young Women's Meeting.  For the first time in the history of the church, they had all Relief Society, Young Women, and girls over the age of 8 meet together for a meeting.  It was amazing.  A friend of mine (Heidi Groneman) and her daughters sang in the choir so they got tickets and they shared them with us!  So Julia and I went with the Eccles and the Gordon's to that historic meeting.

 All of the talks were wonderful and I can't wait to read them again but it was the music that really got to me.  Such touching and inspiring songs with the girls.  It was AWESOME.

 I have some great notes in my journal.  Maybe someday I will get around to adding them here.  It's possible!  Oh, and on our way into the meeting we walked through Macey's and they had this lovely floral couch arrangement made with real flowers.  Odd; but pretty.
