March 30th Lazy Day

The kids went back to school and I hated it.  I miss them already.  We had so much fun together.  Today we took it easy.  Peter worked from home and we relaxed.  Oddly, it snowed yesterday and the girls wanted to play in it so they went outside for a few minutes until they were cold and wet and then they came in.

After school I went for a run with Brigham when he came home and we baked bread.  In the evening we went over to the Saddlers to hear Brother Wood speak on the signs and timing of the second coming.  Julia called and thought she had broken her hand (she was fine) so I missed the majority of the meeting but I was ok with that since most of it was over my head anyway.  The highlight of the day was watching Eleanor walk Simon up to get the mail.    Here's a picture of that.

In cleaning my room today I went through a bunch of Porter's school work and found some things that we might want to save a copy of.  He always puts his best effort in all of his work.

I also found some papers that Brigham and Porter have made for Peter and me over the past few months.  They have so much love and they often leave sweet notes on our bed at night.
