March 11 Cultured (invitations, fancy coats, museum, a literary reading, and gourmet pizza)

What a stinking awesome day!  Started out making invitations for Smartie Pants' 5th BIRTHDAY.  She went with a camping theme. Love this kid.  She invited 15 5 year olds over for a campfire with hot dogs, and smores followed by a fire cake she picked out with logs, embers, and flames.  Wish me luck.  I think she helped win me over when she put on one of my favorite DI finds.  Love this coat that I got for $3!

Then Peter worked from home so I could go on Brigham's field trip to the Museum of Natural History with him.  They had more than enough volunteers but when I told Brigham that, he just said, "So your still going right."  Love being loved by him.
So I spent the afternoon loving a a beautiful, noisy museum full of noisy kids who really weren't that interested but were loving a day off of school.  :)
And after school when I went to read to the girls, Martie said she would read a book to me.  She did such a great job I recorded it so we could "read" it again and again for years to come.
And as if that weren't enough, tonight I got to take Brigham and Adam Eccles (from our old ward) on the pizza run.  They were so AMAZING.  The did 5 miles with an average pace of 8:45!  Can you believe that?  8:45!  Their motivation?  Knowing they would get the best pizza in the world at the finish.
