Worth Your Time

I can't get them to play on my website but if you go to this address www.foxbusiness.com then select "news and video" and search for "How to Pay an Unaffordable Loan." Watch that and then under "more videos from fox business," you will see "How We Landed in This Banking Crisis." Watch them in order and then feel free to share your thoughts.

I'll be back to comment as soon as Kjel watches this and I know what's going on. It's not that I'm stupid, I'm just dumb.

Don't think the link worked for me. I watched something that made me so disgusted in our "Commander in Chief" that I may need to go lie down.

You know what? I think your playlist only shows up if "you" are logged in, not us.

Ok so about the financial wizz with the Skywest Husband..."OH MY Goodness!" I am going to end up paying off his loans? What I keep coming back to in my head is that I don't deserve this. I hate to stomp my feet and throw a temper tantrum but it isn't fair! If my husband loses his job, we have worked very hard to make sure it would not put us in financial ruin or better yet, require assistance from anyone to keep us afloat. My kids have a college fund. We do not incur debt. We have sufficient retirement. I am not trying to toot my own horn here this is just what we've done. I'm saying that the mistakes of others and stupid businesses are effecting my bottom line and that is not fair. This young couple is exactly what has happened to our nation. Greed, impatience, over-indulgence, irrational behavior by others will effect me and my family. I want an apology to my kids from every single person who signed on a loan knowing it was way over their head. I want another apology from every corporation who made them think it was doable. Oh and an apology from the parents who spoiled their kids rotten, making them think the world owed them something their whole childhood. These are the people who have come into my home and stole my money.

I'm done

I love this guy though...straight talk. He's my new fave.

I tried to go to bed but couldn't get this thought out of my head. These people have an income of $24,000 a year. They most likely have at least one car payment and maybe even a mortgage. I would bet my last dollar (no pun intended) that they are on some sort of public assistance on top of the gigantic loans that are going into default.

~sigh~I'm going back to bed.

Oh crap. I'm just sick that this is real. On a better note Kjel and I will be paying off our school loan at the end of this month.
