November 27th Thanksgiving

It's always the most important days that you forget pictures.  This was no exception.  Unfortunately a few of our kids had been coughing quite a bit and so Grandma couldn't come to our house for Thanksgiving.  Fortunately Lisa had offered to do Thanksgiving for the missionaries in her ward so she had Thanksgiving planned at her house.  We had Thanksgiving here with Katrina, Clint, Adam and Amanda.  We also had Brother and Sister Frandsen and their daughter VaLon over to our house.  They live in our ward and didn't have family to get together with so they came here.  I made turkey, rolls, and cranberry pear pie as well as last minute cranberry sauce which was delicous.  Peter made the potatoes which were unbelievable.  He is the only person I know that can make potatoes that can be described as unbelievable.  :)  It was a great day and while we missed some family, it was great to still be with some and with friends who can become family.
