For breakfast Julia made me brownies and served them with ice cream!
For lunch, Grandma Julie and Aunt Lisa came down and went to lunch with me, Porter, Martie, and Eleanor. We went to the Village Baker and Lisa gave Martie a whole bag of Starburst which came in hand when we spent the next three hours at the school. :)
Later in the day I went to the school and heard three of my kids perform in their last sing-a-round of the year. They did fabulous. Then the third graders were selected to do a program for parents who had donated at least 20 hours to the school. We got to sit on the stage and they thanked us for all of our work and then our children presented us with our annual pin. Who would you rather have present you an award than this cute little guy!

After school I came home to some great gifts from some great friends (Leah, Suzie, and Shauna left me lunch from Kneaders as well as a hat for Ragnar and some men's underwear to run in!) Then we hurried off to Brigham's first ever track practice! He loved it and he did great. This was him learning the shot put which wasn't his favorite but he also learned how to line up for races, and do the high jump. He was great at everything!
