3 Day River Trip down the Colorado River from Moab. The kids LOVED it. So did we. We lost the waterproof camera we borrowed withing the first 15 minutes of being on the river but fortunately a nice guy with the Young Women group took some pictures for us. 
Then when we got off the river we went to a swimming hole in Moab. It was awesome.
