Brigham had his last pinewood derby tonight while Porter had his first. They watched videos to see how to make the best car and then worked so hard on them. Unfortunately when we got to the derby we noticed the wheel on Birgham's car was broken, and since he was already racing on 3 wheels we didn't have much to spare. He didn't race so well but he had a great time and was a great sport. Porter loved every second of his first race. They raced four at a time and after each heat he would jump up and shout "Mom! Mom! I took third (or second or whatever)!" He was so happy and loved cheering for everyone. It was a great night and they had fun building and coloring the cars with Dad.
