December 25th CHRISTMAS!

Surprisingly, BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! Sick since the 23rd, I couldn't walk any further than the bathroom all day yesterday. I was taking 800 mg ibuprofen just to try and help the body aches. But Peter brought our king size mattress into the family room where we slept for two nights in a row and I was able to lie down listening to my kids build tons of Lego creations, read, work on puzzles, and play all day long. Everyone knew how sick I was so there was no arguing but tons o
f helping each other and voluntary cleaning! For Christmas dinner we had planned ahead and picked up Costa Vida as we knew it would reheat really well. At one point Peter even sang me Christmas songs. Seriously the best Christmas! Temporary sickness is the best because you know it ends and it reminds you of how luck you are to feel good on the other days.
