March 21st Over Achiever

Today was Grandpa's funeral so Brigham and I had to do our long run early.  And boy did he go LONG!  11.5 miles long!  He averaged 9:35 and felt great when he was done.  After we came home we went to Grandpa's funeral.  It was a great funeral.  So grateful for a text I received from LeShel just as I was heading into the funeral.  Just a quick note from her letting us know she loves us and we were in her thoughts.  Short but still so meaningful.  It is still so hard, even when you feel the spirit and know that he is with his wife and family again.  It is just hard to think of everyone continuing on without him.  I guess that is just the price we pay for loving someone.  It is worth it.  :)  Thankful for the Gospel in my life to carry me through these difficult time as they would be so much more difficult without it.

This evening I found this on Facebook.  Seemed so appropriate for both today and MANY other days.
